Even if we don't see it much on Wall Street or in government, the trade show industry needs it - now more than ever. As exhibitors we commit to booth space before we even know what the show rates will be. I get billed for things I don't understand and god forbid if I ever have to dispute a charge. Rome was built faster than getting those things resolved! Today’s buzzword seems to “transparency”.
